Ohhhh! That Sarah & Isaac one!! I had not seen it--WOW!
And your comment about the "Samson's mother visited by the angel"--that is dead-on, but in thinking about the work on my own, I might not have "gotten there."
Not gotten there, because it is a TREASURE trove--I see the list and I'm like "WHAT is her take on Basemath, daughter of Ishmael?!?" I've soaked my mind in wondering about many of these women's stories, and I am enjoying her work so much.
(I am SO glad you found this too & are writing about this!! I stumbled upon it when trying to search up an image of the little slave girl of Naaman's wife--though I also found the painting "The Little Maid Servant of Naaman's wife" by William Hatherall, and I am truly obsessed with it.)

Thanks! She is certainly doing some amazing work. I had not heard of that Hatherall painting before, I'll have to look at it.
New work to me, William. Thanks so much for bringing into view. Enriched.
I liked the angel, but would like to see her do the one with all the eyes.
